Cable TV Costs Jumped 8.2 Percent Last Year

Well, the worse news is that the national average cost of cable TV service jumped by 8.2 percent, from $37.06 to $40.11, over the 12-month period ending July 1, 2002, according to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC).
