Inadequate 2004 Funding Could Derail Amtrak

Amtrak President David Gunn is smoking over the House Appropriations Committee's approval of $900 million for the national railroad's 2004 operations. Amtrak needs at least $1.812 billion and if they don't get it, says Gunn, no more "All Aboard" for America.
