Bush: No Delay In Iraqi Sovereignty

Despite continued and intensifying attacks on U.S. forces, there will be no delay in the scheduled June 30, 2004 date for Iraqi sovereignty, President Bush told a nationwide radio audience today. "They ["our enemies"] want America and our coalition to falter in our commitments before a watching world," said the President. "In these ambitions, the enemies of freedom will fail.
