Civil Liberties Guide Tom Head previews the Terrorist Surveillance Act of 2006 and doesn’t much like what he sees. Tom reports that the bill, freshly introduced by Ohio’s Republican Senator Mike DeWine, would reauthorize President Bush’s controversial “warrantless” wiretapping program, allowing it to continue with little or no judicial oversight.
