Iraq War Enters Fourth Year: Achievements and Costs

Today, March 19 2006, marks the third anniversary of the beginning of the Iraq war, the battlefield President Bush has deemed the "central front in the war on terror." How is the war going? In his national radio address on Saturday and in a White House Fact Sheet, President Bush lists the achievements. In Iraq War Made Simple, Liberal Politics Guide Deborah White lists the costs.
