Maybe EPA Should Have Just Left Soot Alone

Now it looks like nobody is happy with the EPA's new tougher soot emissions standards. About Guide to the Environment Larry West reports that environmentalists think the new standards are too week, conservative politicians say they are too strict and will hinder U.S. businesses, and health care professionals say their advice to the EPA was ignored completely. Maybe the only thing the EPA could have done about soot emissions without drawing criticism, was nothing.
