As more states enact laws recognizing the legal validity of same-sex marriages, supporters of another form of non-traditional marriage – polygamy – are starting to ask, “What about us? What about our rights?” Same-sex marriage, polygamy, what’s next? Are we running head-long down a slippery constitutional slope? Should “freedom for all” have limits?
