Most Postage Rates to Rise, But Not First-Class

First-Class Stamp to Remain at 44 Cents The US Postal Service (USPS) has announced that most postage rates will increase in April 2011. But hold on. The rate for the good old First-Class stamp will remain at 44 cents.
