When Will the TV Commercial Volume Law Be Enforced?

Volume Control in 1926 So the CALM Act controlling the volume of TV commercials has been law since December 2010, yet many commercials still boom at volumes far above that of the regular program. The old fashion mute whenever a commercial booms, two years to make rules to lower the volume loop holes to let the bastards keep ruining our hearing and the government wants to run health care. Yikes.
