ACLU, Islamic Groups File Suit Against Patriot Act

The Washington Post reports that the American Civil Liberties Union has joined a law suit filed by several Islamic and Arab American groups aimed at blocking key provisions of the terror-fighting U.S. Patriot Act giving the government power to seize business, library and computer records in terrorism investigations without publicly disclosing that it has done so.
