2004 Florida Vote Will Be Right... Right?

Still licking their wound from their 2000 presidential election debacle, Florida's election officials should have all the kinks worked out for 2004. Wait, maybe not, reports the Miami Herald, where officials in Tallahassee acknowledge that as many as 2,100 voters -- mostly black democrats -- may be denied the right to vote this November because they have been wrongly included on a list of felons.
