Fake White House Web Sites

At least three "fake" web sites are now using the term "whitehouse" in their URL (web address). These sites ARE NOT the official web site of the White House and all three fake sites contain sexually explicit material.

The one and only address of the REAL White House Web site is:
http://www.whitehouse.gov/
any other URL leads to a fake site possibly containing sexually explicit material.

Any web site using any domain (the three letters immediately following "whitehouse. ") other than ".gov"  is a FAKE. I will not list the URLs of these fake sites here, but will be glad to email them to you. Just send me an email requesting "fake white house urls."

Of the three current White House fake sites, two are attempts at political humor while another offers plain old commercial pornography. One of the "humor" sites tries to look exactly like the real White House site and even uses links to the real White House site.

The real White House Web Site (http://www.whitehouse.gov) is a top-quality valuable resource to anyone seeking information about the US Government which makes this whole thing just sad.

Also Watch Out For This One, Parents!
Can you get lower than this? The American Society for Deaf Children web site - http://www.deafchildren.org/ - has become a victim of the same "fake-name" porn site scam.
