For the past 30 years, the Pomona, CA fairgrounds has hosted the Great Western Gun Show, billed as the "world's largest gun show." But no more.
On August 24, 1999, just 14 days after white supremacist, Buford Furrow, Jr. allegedly opened fire on people in the Granada Hills North Valley Jewish Community Center, the LA County Board of Supervisors voted 3 to 2 to ban the Great Western Gun Show from the property.
