Dept. Seeks 5 Suspected al Qaeda Members [Photos]
7:00 pm - A Palestinian suicide bomber killed himself and two Israelis, and wounded 26 others in the West Bank Israeli town of Nablus. The bomber was identified as being a member of the Abu Ali Mustafa Brigades. [See: Suicide bomber hits West Bank shopping center (CNN)] 6:00 am - Four Philippine civilians were killed when terrorists suspected of belonging to the Osama bin Laden-loyal Abu Sayyaf group exploded a bomb and a grenade in a marketplace. The attacks came as U.S. special forces arrived in the area on a six-month assignment to assist the Philippine military in fighting terrorism.
