Mailbox Pipe Bombs Hurt 5 in 'Domestic Terror' (Reuters) -- Four postal workers and a postbox owner were injured when seven pipe bombs exploded in mailboxes in rural Illinois and Iowa. The FBI declared the explosions to be and act of "domestic terrorism." Letters carrying what the FBI called "general anti-government rhetoric," accompanied the bombs.
