U.S. Pipe Bomb Suspect Held Without Bail (Reuters) -- After confessing to planting 18 pipe bombs from Illinois to Texas, 21-year old Luke John Helder was being held without bail after appearing before a federal judge in Reno, Nevada. Helder will be transferred to Iowa to stand trial.
