Pakistan Reluctant to Attack Al Qaeda, Paper Says (Reuters) -- A report credited to unnamed U.S. intelligence sources claims that the largest concentrations of remaining al Qaeda fighters are located in western Pakistan, but Pakistan remains reluctant to attack them, despite pressure from U.S. officials.
