Newspaper Says It Has Bin Laden Video Filmed in March (Reuters) - The Sunday Times of Britain claimed it had obtained a video tape showing scenes of Osama bin Laden in March. If the tape proves genuine, it would provide the first concrete evidence that bin Laden is still alive.

U.S. Detects 'Enhanced' Threat of a New Attack (Reuters) - U.S. intelligence officials reported detecting "enhanced activity" indicating a potential for new terrorist attacks against the United States or American interests overseas.

Al Qaeda May Be Mulling Apartment Attack, FBI Says (Reuters) - The FBI issued a warning that the al Qaeda terror network may be planning attacks on U.S. apartment buildings. FBI spokeswoman Debbie Weierman stated that al Qaeda operatives are "considering renting apartments in unspecified areas of the United States and then planting explosives."
