Report: Taliban, Al Qaeda Plotting in Pakistan (Reuters) - The New York Times reported that leaders of the Taliban and al Qaeda had reassembled in Pakistan and were plotting to disrupt the election of Afghanistan's permanent government, scheduled in June.
