Detailing Allied Attacks (CNN) 12:00 noon - The Washington Post reported that the FBI is investigating more than 150 groups and individuals in the U.S. suspected of having ties with Osama bin Laden and the al Qaeda terror network. [See: Paper: FBI Probing 150 Domestic Al Qaeda Links (Reuters)] 11:00 am - The Afghan interim government reached agreement on final plans for an international peacekeeping force in their country that has not been at peace for the last 20 years. The agreement reportedly calls for a maximum deployment of some 3,000 troops. [See: Afghans Finalize Deal on Peacekeepers (Reuters)] 6:30 am - As nuclear neighbors Pakistan and India mass forces along their common border, India's many and often divided political parties voted to stand together behind Prime Minster Atal Behari Vajpayee if war became necessary."All of us don't want to go for a war. No sane person will go for a war. (But) if war is thrust upon us, then we should face it united," stated India's Parliamentary Affairs Minister Pramod Mahajan.
