A new Web site from Social Security offers important information and support for disability beneficiaries, employers, service providers, advocates and others whose goal is to help persons with disabilities find and keep jobs. From your About Guide.

Department of Labor Employment & Training Administration
ETA's mission is to contribute to the more efficient and effective functioning of the U.S. labor market by providing high quality job training, employment, labor market information, and income maintenance services primarily through State and local workforce development systems.

VA Vocational Rehabilitation & Employment Services 
The Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment (VR&E) program is the element within the VA which assists veterans with service-related injuries achieve suitable employment or enhance their ability to function independently at home and in the community.

Most city and county governments provide "Job-Line" telephone numbers listing current job openings, They also typically list openings on their Web sites. Some cities and counties also have programs to help the disabled find work. Call the Human Resources or Human Services departments.
