15 USC 1051 contains provisions of the Trademark Act of 1946.

15 USC 1511 places the Patent & Trademark Office under the Department of Commerce

35 USC contains basic authority for administration of patent laws. Also provides for the deployment of automated search systems to the public.

44 USC 1337 contains authority to print patents, trademarks, and other related matters.
