U.S. Rep. Doug Lamborn, a Republican from Colorado, is among five House members ranked by the National Journal as being the most conservative congressmen in the chamber. Like the others, he scored a 95 rating, meaning that he was more conservative than 95 percent of the his colleagues in the House when it came to votes on important issues.
