How Did it Go?
My experience was awful. A complete run a round on TDLR part. Not one answer to any question. Here is a small sample of the issue. My opinion was laughed at by TDLR A/C division. These are the same experts I can PROVE WRONG in any court. Anytime or anywhere also.
SCAMMED and RESCAMMED and then SCAMMED SOME MORE. The POOREST of Texas DESERVE A "BREAK FROM SCAMERS" that CREATE
HEALTH HAZARDS in our homes. The EPA has itself covered good with: "we don't do inside air". All other parts of government contacted say "It's not my job".
NO ONE CARES BECAUSE It's only mobile homes anyway. That's what TDLR A/C division DOES and BRAGS ABOUT it with ease.
The FACT that the Texas Department of License and Regulation abuses it's power and safty concerns for consumers TO MAKE SURE IT CAN AND DOES HAPPEN IN TEXAS ONLY. That alone shows wrongs being covered that are EASY TO PROVE and evil to be commiting against Texans.
No other states commit wrongs like Texas because code laws and SAFETY laws apply to ALL RESIDENCES.
DO YOU HAVE TOO MUCH DUST IN YOUR HOME?
DID YOU KNOW THE "INDOOR COOLING COILS" DO NOT "NEED CLEANING" for up to TWENTY YEARS? If installed correctly.
DO YOUR INSIDE A/C PARTS AND COILS NEED "REGULAR CLEANING"?
DO YOU LIVE IN A MOBILE HOME? DOES IT SEEM LIKE YOUR A/C "CAUSES" EXTRA TROUBLE?
DOES YOUR A/C RUN OVER 30-45 MINUTES to COOL YOUR MOBILE HOME? DOES YOUR A/C SEEM TO "CATCH" EXTRA DIRT all over it's surfaces?
DO YOU NOTICE "EXTRA DUST" IN THE DUCTS? ATTACHED TO ALL VENTS FOR AIR? IN THE AIR WHEN RAINING OUTSIDE?
DOES YOUR A/C UNIT HAVE COOLING COILS SHAPED LIKE AN "A" ? DO YOU PLACE FILTERS AT OR ON FACE OF THESE COILS?
Do your children have "UNEXPLAINED BREATHING PROBLEMS"? IS IT CALLED ASTHMA? OR ALLERGIES?
TRY A "NEW" MEDICINE AND COME BACK NEXT WEEK?
YOU ARE BEING SCAMMED.
The SCAM that TDLR uses to "create income" is also a guaranteed cause of contamination and creates harm to families health. BUT WHO CARES?
It's "only" a mobile home of Texas. Just happens to be the state with the MOST MOBILE HOMES I bet?
The TDLR would never approve of this for it's own offices. It would never be approved of in any of their homes.
The TDLR would NOT BE ABLE to approve of this for any zoo enclosure with a controled environment. The TDLR can not
approve of this in any building when true facts are shown.
TRUE FACTS were not used when deciding to destroy "only" a certain group of residences in Texas.

- The RED TAPE that can BE CREATED by offices like the TDLR A/C division will turn most citizens away from asking for help or making inquiries about anything at all. Mostly because of the amount of TIME people like TDLR use to tell you to try some other place.
