The House of Representatives Select Committee on U.S. National Security and Military/Commercial Concerns with the People's Republic of China, chaired by Rep. Christopher Cox, wanted to know, too. Their answers have now been posted on the Internet in the form of a massive unclassified, redacted report. Even without the redaction, it's scary.
