Look out for ridiculous clause
- We have been paying back our SBA small business backed loan for over 11 years and have about three and a half years left to pay it off. Due to our present business needs we wanted to refinance including paying off the present loan but the SBA refused to back it. You can refinance a loan with any private bank but this goverment office, created to help small business, will not allow you to do the same with an SBA backed loan! This is totally incomprehensible and ridiculous!
